Welcome to this week’s chart. Nothing much has happened but I have been going out with the family for the weekend, so this post is a little late (once again). I’ll try to get them up earlier starting next week!

The same 3 songs from last week dominated this week’s Top 3. T-ARA remained in top position with What’s My Name?. Mamamoo gained one position to the second position with Yes, I Am, while Seventeen’s Don’t Wanna Cry dropped down one position to the third position. Nine Muses returned to the Top 5 this week, rising to the fourth position on the chart and VAV’s latest song, ABC (Middle of the Night), debuted in the fifth position. Next week will see various songs (maybe) debuting on the charts. Red Velvet’s Red Flavour (which was released today) will be debuting on the chart next week. Zico (Block B), Jessi, One and Park Bo Ram are also the artists releasing new music this coming week.

Hello there everyone! Apologies for the later upload. I decided to be a social person this weekend and attend a range of parties. Let’s just say I spent a bit of time in the corner at the party and awkwardly stared at a few people. But because of that, I am posting this week’s chart a few hours later.

This week saw the rise of T-ARA’s song, What’s My Name, from 3rd position to 1st position. It also saw the rise of Seventeen’s song, Don’t Wanna Cry, back to 2nd position. Mamamoo, BLACKPINK and Monsta X round out the top 5 this week. Scroll down for the rest of the chart!

The next week will see comebacks from VAV, DAY6 and Halo. The Queen of KPOP, Lee Hyori, is also making her comeback in the week. She did release a track on Friday in anticipation to her album releasing on Tuesday, and that will be included in charts published next week. The same will occur with Crush’s song, Outside.

Hello, everyone. I am currently on break, if you have not noticed the mass amount of reviews that I have published over the last week. Expect the same amount of reviews to come out during the week as I try to do some more album reviews (but probably for old albums released last year or something).

Nine Muses made their debut at the top of the charts this week with their latest songs. WJSN (Cosmic Girls) dropped down to second place, while T-ARA rose up to 3rd position on the charts. Sorry for the lack of uploads over the weekend. I had one final exam to study for and now I am officially free for the next three weeks or so weeks. So, it is time to catch up!!! A review will be uploaded later tonight (or little past midnight), so do expect it.

Cosmic Girl’s took over the top of the chart this week with their latest track, Happy. Pentagon went on to debut at second place with Critical Beauty and the past few week’s reigning song, Don’t Wanna Cry by Seventeen falls to third position. T-ARA and Astro take out this week’s 4th and 5th position respectively.

Two chart topping artists, BLACKPINK and Mamamoo will be making their respective comebacks this week. It is going to be one interesting battle. Monsta X and Nine Muse have already dropped their songs (a few hours ago) and you can expect reviews for their tracks very soon. Hwang Chi Yeul will also be making his debut (if he garners enough listens this week) with his new song (He made his comeback last week, but due to my exams, I have decided to let the song sneak onto the charts officially this week).

Hey, everybody. Welcome to the first week of June. It’s will be another quick post since I am in the midst of exams. Just to let you know, the charts for next week will not be released on Sunday (18th June) but on a later date instead.

Seventeen remains in the top spot for the third week in a row. Sistar (as mentioned last week) would rise and that is what they did, rising to 2nd position. Astro dropped from 2nd position to 3rd position, while KNK rose from 5th to 4th. FT Island’s newest track, Wind, debuts at fifth place.

Possibly debuting next week on the charts is Eddy Kim, Pentagon, Jongup, Taeil, T-Ara, Hwang Chi Yeul & NCT127.

This is the 5th Week of May (I may have stuffed up the counting of the weeks). Welcome all! Just going to quickly cruise through this because of exams, so let’s move on.

Seventeen’s Don’t Wanna Cry remained in the top spot this week. Astro and Sistar’s (final song) newest songs took out second and third place, respectively. I do expect Sistar’s song to rise (since it is so good, just a random prediction). VIXX and KNK both dropped one position this week with their songs.

Next week consist of comebacks from DAY6, TopSecret, FT Island, Cosmic Girls, Kim Chungha, G-Dragon and the collaboration between Dayhyun and Jongup. So do expect the chart’s for next (which shouldn’t be as rush as today’s).

Oh wow, time is going too quickly. Welcome to the 4th Week of May 2017. It’s the end of semester and I have exam preparation and one more group assignment to do (I dread these assignments the most). However, I think I have enough time to write reviews up until next Sunday. I will be needing a few days to focus on exams, but as soon as the first two are over, it’s back to the daily grind of review writing and more studying. And that is the end of my weekly update. So. Taking first place this week is Seventeen with their new song, Don’t Wanna Cry. No surprises there. Joining them in second place is the debut of iKON’s Bling Bling. Hello there, everyone! Welcome to the 3rd week of May for 2017. Hope you all had an amazing week! I am literally drowning in the amount of assignments and work that has to be done before the end of the semester and the exams. But, I will continue posting reviews even though I should focus on my studies. That being said, I won’t be posting a review today or tomorrow due to a test I am having on Tuesday. So, the next review I will post will be on Tuesday night!! And hopefully, there are no more interruptions with the reviews!!!

VIXX had taken out this week’s number one spot with their latest song, Shangri-La. This is also their first week on the chart with their new song. Joining VIXX is Triple H and Laboum with their respective songs. Fourth place goes to Twice’s Signal, while last week’s number 1 song, Dance Dance by DAY6 dropped down to fifth place. Welcome to the second week of May 2017. It is also Mother’s Day here in Australia, so to all the mothers, mothers-to-be and grandmothers out there, YOU ARE THE BEST!!! Love you, mum and grandmother!

It seems to be the rise of all song this week, with many songs rising from below Top 30 to the top 30 this week. The biggest jump this week was with Pattern by Lee Hae Ri, who jumped 35 positions to 18.  And after 5 months, DAY6 has finally clamped onto the first position with their latest song, Dance Dance. K.A.R.D, Girl’s Day, Lovelyz and GOT7 each rose from last week to the top 5.

With the presidential elections over in South Korea (I think), companies are now going to slay all fans with the many comebacks for this week. Hitchhiker & Taeyong’s collaboration will join next week’s chart, while VIXX, Twice, Roy Kim. (4 new songs ain’t much, but you wait until the next week and the week after that, and the week after that!).

Welcome to the first week of May. Time is going very quickly. University is getting a little hectic as it is approaching the final weeks of the semester. Many assignments and exam preparation need to be done but like any other good student, I haven’t started. Hahahaha… But nonetheless, I am still writing reviews. I will keep with the ‘at least 1 review’ per day rule, but some weeks the writing and publishing of them might be all over the place.

Once again, for the third week in a row, Laboum’s Hwi Hwi has kept their grips on the first place position. Joining them on the top end of the charts is Triple H and their new song, 365 Fresh, while Monsta X’s Beautiful rejoins the top end at 3rd position. Rounding out the top 5 is Varsity with Hole in One and SECHSKIES’ Be Well.

Next week is going to be another quiet week. Not much is being released this week from what I can see. Han Dong Geun, VAV, Onew & Rocoberry’s releases from last week will be joining the charts next week. Along with them will be DAY6 and Psy.

Welcome to the final week of April 2017. Once again, I hope you all have had a great week. Just a heads up but I am currently bracing for the final weeks of the semester, so the release of the reviews for the month of May maybe a little awkward. From what I hear, the first 2 weeks of May is going to be a little empty due to the elections in South Korea, so that will provide me with the chance to catch up.

Laboum maintains their throne at the top of the charts for the second week in a row. Monsta X and SF9 rise into the top of the charts of this week, in fourth and fifth position respectively. As for second place, K.A.R.D’s latest single, Rumour takes over this position, while third place goes to IU with her collaboration with G-Dragon, Palette. All of the top 5 songs from last (aside from Laboum’s Hwi Hwi) saw a drop in the charts. Some drops were quite drastic, so scroll down and see where they are!

As mentioned before, a few news outlets have mentioned that due to the South Korean Presidential Elections, companies will be avoiding this week (and possibly the following week) and few artists will be returning. The weekly music shows have been confirmed to not be airing next week. However, that being said, there will some artists releasing some new content including Triple H, Lovelyz, VAV and Junhyung from HIGHLIGHT. In addition to them, but BoA’s, VARSITY and Secheskies’ releases from the previous week will be included in next week’s charts.

April is almost up. And Easter has already gone past us. Damn, this year is going too quickly. I hope you all have been well. I was sick during the week (hence my absence for two days) but I am all better now. Just a sniffle here and there. There are some songs that I missed out due to my absence, but I will get them out this week. I have two extra day offs this week, so I will hopefully write and post them then.

This week’s top 5 is all dominated by girl groups. Girl’s Day and EXID are the only two groups that remained in the top 5 from last week. Girl’s Day takes the second position on the chart, while EXID remained constant at no. 3. Dream Catcher rose from 7th to 3rd this week. The number one spot went to Laboum, with their newest track Hwi Hwi. Berry Good took 5th place with their song, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo.

My prediction for next week will be the rise of IU’s two early releases and Palette, her title track off her fourth album. DIA and Lee Hae Ri’s title tracks were meant to be new debuts this week, but due to me completely missing the tracks, they will start their 9 weeks off this week instead. Joining all of them also are Jonghyun, Snuper, K.A.R.D, Changsub and Momoland.

Happy Easter All!!! As you can tell, I went a little overboard with the featured image. But then again, you can never have too many easter eggs!! Currently on my week off, but still busy as ever. You are given a ‘week off’ but in reality, you are just catching up on work that you have yet to start or complete.

Girl’s Day returned to the top of the charts this week, with I’ll Be Yours. Monsta X dropped down one position to second place, with their ‘Beautiful‘ song.  EXID and their song “Night Rather Than Day‘ makes their debut at 3rd position. Rounding out the top 5, Winner with their song, Really Really, which was “Really Really” good and GOT7’s Never Ever.  For more of the charts, scroll down below.

Baekhyun released his SM Station song on Friday and I should get around reviewing it today (if I have time) or by tomorrow. The song will be included in next week’s chart. Joining Baekhyun are Berry Good, Zico (I know I mentioned him last week, but I have been busy), Minzy, Wassup, Hyorin & Changmo, Laboum, Yesung, SF9, Jessica Jung, DIA, Lee Hae Ri and (possibly) JungGiGo. April is here (the year is going too quick). My week has been a little stressful, but I am still publishing reviews as always. I have completed a bulk of my assignments in the past week and submitted them the day before the due date. Adding on top the number of reviews I have written in the past week, I think I had a productive week. I hope you all had a productive week as well. Just watch me start to procrastinate now. I have three more days until standing between me and a week off (yeah, it is a little odd).

Taking out the number spot this week is Beautiful by Monsta X. Girl’s Day (last week’s number 1) dropped down one spot to second place. GOT7’s Never Ever remains steady at number 3. Closing out the top five are new debuts on the charts. Namely, Coloring Book by Oh My Girl and Make Me Love You by Taeyeon. Every other debut on this week charts (there are 7 in total) made a strong appearance on this week’s chart!

Teen Top has already unveiled their new song, but I am including them in the charts next week, according to their official release date (10th of April). EXID will also be returning (without Solji this time) but as always, you can expect them to do extremely well. IU & Oh Hyuk’s collaboration and Ten’s SM Station song were released on Friday, but I decided to have them debut on the charts next week instead. Other comebacks next week include Eunji (APINK), Wa$$up, Unit Black (BOYS24) and Zico (Block B).

Welcome to the 5th week of March. It’s kind of odd, but normally we say there are 4 weeks in a month. But I did the counting, and it works out to be 5 weeks. I had a big test this week and am still recovering from it. I did okay (I think) and need to focus on these other assignments. So that means it’s a great time to start on the next 5 reviews and also write up this week’s chart!

As predicted this week, Girl’s Day return did earn them the top spot this week. I predicted something, and it happened. Shhh… Don’t need to tell everyone it was guaranteed. Monsta X and GOT7 both rose to second and third place, knocking out all of last week’s Top 3. Instead, CNBLUE and GFriend hold out fourth and fifth place. April, especially the first two weeks, is shaping to be a battleground (quite sure I used this analogy a few weeks back, but it has been a few weeks, so I don’t see anything wrong with it). Next week alone, we will be seeing Winner, Dream Catcher, Red Velvet, Oh My Girl, INX, Taeyeon (SNSD), IMFACT  and DAY6 make their respective comebacks. There is more coming in the second week, as well. And I am having a hard time working which days to publish reviews for just the first week.
